Thank you for taking the time to consider being a vendor at the Annual Aces Wild Pro Rodeo Productions Yakima Valley Sundome PRCA Showdown.  Aces Wild Pro Rodeo has been providing livestock to rodeos since 1994.  Family owned right next door to you in Soap Lake, WA.  Realizing the need to have rodeos indoors during the winter months we began a production company to provide such rodeos to our PRCA Cowboys and Cowgirls.  Bringing the only professional sport to Yakima, we are proud to be sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) and Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA).  In February 2024 we plan to bring these fine men and women to have a showdown at the Sundome.

Vendors at a rodeo have become a big part of the production.  We would love to extend options for vendors to participate.  We have three size options available, 10 x 10 ($100.00), 10 x 20 ($125.00)  and 12 x 24 ($150.00).  If you choose to sponsor as well, $50.00 will be removed from the vendor fees.

The rodeo will be February 14th and 15th with doors openings at 5PM.

General Rules & Regulations

  • Vendor cannot sell any competing items with the Sundome (drinks, food, snacks, etc.)

  • Vendor cannot sell fireworks, firearms, alcohol, tobacco, vapes or marijana of any kind.  

  • Vendor payment must be paid 30 days prior to the 1st rodeo performance.

  • Vendor is expected to be at both during both rodeo performances and ready to go by 5PM.

  • Set up will be arranged with Charley.  More information to come on days and times.

  • Vendor will comply with all federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to laws relating to sanitation and health.

  • Vendor will pay all federal, state and local taxes due as a result of operations at this event.

  • Vendor agrees to provide proof of insurance, naming Aces Wild Pro Rodeo Productions, PRCA and WPRA as additional insured.  Insurance must be provided 15 days prior to setup to charley@aceswildprorodeo.com

  • Two admission wristbands will be available for each vendor.

  • Aces Wild Pro Rodeo Productions, PRCA and WPRA are not responsible for any losses or damages you may experience.
